Powder coating in Sant Andreu de la Barca
PINSA's quality department is governed by the guidelines set forth in the ISO 9001:2000 standard, implemented and certified by Quality Management Systems (QMS) with registration number: ESP-1379.
Rigorous controls guarantee internal standard results and take the necessary measures to achieve a specific quality with any client, depending on their requirements and circumstances.
Both upon receipt of raw materials and materials to be painted and during the painting and packaging process, inspections and tests are carried out based on the requirements of each finish.
This way, sampling is carried out upon delivery of painted materials, ensuring that they are delivered to the customer from our Sant Andreu de la Barca facilities in accordance with their requirements and correspond to a quality painting.
We are the first Catalan company and the third in Spain to hold the license for the QUALISTEELCOAT quality mark, with the number E403 EXTERIOR C5 high.
QUALISTEELCOAT is the European quality mark for steel washing developed based on the UNE-EN-ISO 12944 standard and which establishes six categories of corrosive environments (C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, C-5I and C-5M) and three durability levels in each environment: low (2 to 5 years), medium (5 to 15 years) and high (more than 15 years).
New wood effect
Innovation and progress are two very important factors when developing new projects and thus expanding our product and service offerings. At PINSA, we have developed a new wood effect that can be applied in our powder coating process at our facilities in Sant Andreu de la Barca.
This new effect is achieved with exterior polyester powder coatings and, thanks to its composition, does not yellow, dull, or discolor. Furthermore, it can be applied to any type of work, regardless of its shape (doors, lattices, bars, grilles, profiles, shelves, DIY projects, lighting, etc.), and in any size, from a small piece up to a maximum of 6000 x 3000 x 2000 mm.
The new wood-effect powder coating can be applied to any metal substrate (iron, aluminum, zamak, etc.) and can be achieved in two finishes (satin and gloss) in three colors (oak, pine, and walnut), although the range is expandable.
