PINSA has an internal organization that prioritizes the timeliness of our order delivery. Planning and prioritization are crucial to avoid delays or missed deadlines, as painting is the final step in the manufacturing process.
A general schedule is carried out weekly, allocating a few fixed days per week to commitments made to clients with regularly scheduled projects. However, occasionally, urgent painting work is needed for clients who request an early redesign due to specific circumstances.
The work plan is adjusted daily, scheduling 80% of actual work time and reserving 20% of it for urgent needs that, given the service nature of our industry, we are obligated to address. This allows us to provide excellent, prompt, and reliable service without breaking our commitments or causing delays to our clients.
